A well-established mental health service in Hackney, London, is seeking a Service Manager for a temporary to permanent position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £23.25. This CQC registered facility provides comprehensive care for men and women aged 18-65 with enduring mental health needs, requiring round-the-clock support.
The Service Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations. This position demands a compassionate leader who can inspire and manage a dedicated team of care professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and residents.
Ideal candidates will possess:
