Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in Telford. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them manage their behaviour and build positive relationships
Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
Develop and implement individualised behaviour management plans
Use de-escalation techniques and other strategies to help students achieve their goals
Support the academic and social development of students with SEN

Requirements:

Proven experience working with students with SEN
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for working with children
