What will be expected from you?
Deliver exceptional client care in managing client matters
Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Manage case files efficiently by meeting deadlines, adhering to precedents, and preparing documents within the case management system
Meet with clients and assist in completing public funding applications
Organise, label, and index large document volumes
Coordinate with local authorities, housing associations, and medical professionals to request and receive necessary documents
Support in preparing hearing bundles
Attend internal and client meetings, taking detailed notes as needed
