Term-time only, Long-term to Permanent Role, £85 to £130 per day

Are you a recent Maths graduate or instructor looking for an opportunity to launch your education career? Do you want to gain in-class experience before pursuing further training in teaching?

Perhaps you're working on cover and have a specialism with or aptitude for Maths?

Tradewind is seeking Maths graduates to support a leading Hertfordshire starting from January 2025. This is a paid, ongoing post providing excellent introduction to the world of education and CV enhancing experience. It is also expected to become a permanent assignment for July 2025 and has various routes into teacher training.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting the Maths team, leading groups, co-teaching, providing TA support in class, and one-to-one sessions
Assisting the school as required
Roles starting after the February half-term for the rest of the academic yearRequirements:

A Maths degree with a minimum 2:2 or above
Strong academic background, confident personality, and hard-working ethos
Passion for education and a desire to work in a class-based roleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will receive:
