Crane Service Engineer

The company: A global crane maintenance company with offices in North America, UK, Central Europe, Singapore and Middle East. Servicing Offshore Oil & Gas platforms around the world.
About the Role: As a Crane Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing lifting equipment, with a primary focus on port and crawler cranes. Your expertise will be called upon to ensure these machines are operating at their absolute best. The role will cover Sunderland and the cranes within the nearby ports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and repair on cranes and heavy plant equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
* Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
* Collaborate with international teams on global projects.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
* Background in Crane maintenance is essential.
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Driving license.
