We're seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join our rapidly growing specialist schools in East London. These schools cater to pupils aged 3-19 years with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and associated complexities.

Attend to the personal needs of pupils, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid, and welfare programmes.
Ensure pupils' safety and engagement during lunchtime activities.
Support pupils in understanding instructions across literacy, numeracy, and other subjects, from early years to KS4.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, serving as a role model and encouraging active participation.
