As this is a temporary role, you must be available immediately.

Are you an outgoing and confident individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Look no further We are currently representing a fantastic dealership in Harlow, seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team on an ad hoc basis throughout December.

Your responsibilities:

Represent the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanour
Welcome and greet customers, making them feel valued and comfortable
Offer refreshments to visitors, ensuring a positive experience
Assist with answering phone calls, emails, and other enquiries as required
Redirect enquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary

About you:

Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar receptionist role
Confident and skilled in dealing with a diverse range of people
Excellent communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
