Teaching Assistant - Adhoc / Flexible Hours - Lancaster
Are you a Trainee/Student Teacher at University of Cumbria and interested in gaining additional experience in education? Our teaching team in Lancaster is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic students to join as part-time Teaching Assistants to gain more experience working in schools and develop new networks and relationships with the local education settings.
Role
Support primary and secondary school students on days you are available
Work closely with teachers to assist with classroom activities
Help pupils with assignments and classroom material
Contribute to a positive learning environment
Gain more experience working in a school environment whilst training to be a teacher
Build networks and relationships with the local schools
Requirements
Current student teacher based in the Lancaster area
Passionate about education and working with young people
Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic
