Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Days

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our team and drive operational excellence on a 4 on / 4 off days shift pattern. Key Responsibilities:

Labour & Line Optimization:

Efficiently manage labor to achieve the daily packing plan.
Oversee line setup, balancing, and optimization, ensuring targets are met consistently.
Team Leadership:

Handle staff rotations according to company procedures.
Develop and nurture a skilled team of Line Leaders, conducting performance reviews and providing regular coaching.
Compliance & Safety:

Maintain strict adherence to food safety and health & safety standards.
Act promptly on any procedural breaches, keeping audit documentation updated and compliant.
Communication & Collaboration:

Serve as a bridge between departments, facilitating communication to address issues and enhance workflows.
Support management requests and deliver company briefings as required.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements.
Assess and address training needs to build a stronger, more capable team.
Target & Performance Management:

Drive production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals to meet or exceed expectations.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar production or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
