Based across Bourne Hill, Salisbury and within the South Wiltshire ares

Our Local Authority Client are recruiting an Occupational Therapist for their Adults Social Care service, within the Reablement Team for a temporary contract initially.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct person-centered occupational therapy assessments, planning and coordinating support to promote customer independence and achieve individual outcomes.
Record assessments and service plans accurately in the Social Care records database, meeting targets set by management.
Conduct timely reviews of occupational therapy and moving/handling plans to meet departmental targets, ensuring outcomes align with eligibility criteria.
Create individualised reablement plans to promote functional independence, focusing on regaining skills for daily living activities.Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
