Our client, a prominent player in the Defence and Security sector, is seeking a skilled Technical Author to join their team on a contract basis. This opportunity involves working on an electronic warfare programme, specifically focusing on technical publication projects within the defence industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce comprehensive technical publications for an electronic warfare programme
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to gather required information
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all technical documentation
Manage and deliver work packages within specified timeframes
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in technical authoring, with experience in the defence sector highly preferred
Strong understanding of technical publications and documentation processes
Ability to condense complex information into clear and concise manuals
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to manage and deliver large-scale documentation projects
Security Cleared (SC)
