Full Stack Developer Needed 🌐🌟

Are you an experienced Full Stack Developer ready to join an innovative and dynamic team? Our client, a leading organisation in the financial industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team on a contract basis. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key part in extending the feature set and ensuring an efficient agile delivery process.

🌟 Key Responsibilities 🌟

Be a valuable member of a collaborative agile delivery team, prioritising and grooming the backlog of requested features for efficient delivery.
Provide first-line support to customers and assist in onboarding when needed.
Develop strong relationships with PMO & Change Management, ensuring continuous improvement.
Contribute to the feature set direction, aligning with cultural change & CI/CD approach driven by Developer Engineering.
Identify opportunities for automation and simplification within the organisation's landscape.

🔍 Experience 🔍

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Strong experience as a front-to-back developer, with expertise in Java/Kotlin & React.
Proven track record working in a delivery-focused agile team.
Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and underlying technologies.
Ideally (but not absolutely required), experience in a banking environment.

- Competitive daily rates: £550 to £650 (inside IR35 via umbrella)

3 days in Belfast and 2 days remote - hybrid working model, combining the best of office and remote work.
