What You’ll Do:
Short-Term Goals:
* Dive into our client's diverse product range and business processes.
* Familiarise yourself with internal systems and procedures.
* Create an ambitious CPD (Continuing Professional Development) plan.
* Attend weekly online college sessions to boost your skills and qualifications.
Long-Term Objectives:
* Become a key member of the SHE team.
* Lead as a SHE Officer on-site.
* Design and deliver impactful health and safety training programs.
* Mentor colleagues on behavioural safety practices.
What You’ll Bring:
* Education: 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths, English, and Science (essential for the MA Occupational Health and Safety Level 3/4 course).
* Drive: A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team.
* Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to a car would be preferred.
