Executive Assistant jobs role key duties

* Very varied role supporting the MD of a multi-national business

* You will also support wider Directors as they travel internationally

* You will help coordinate business wide improvement projects (so facilitate and coordinate IT upgrades by contacting suppliers etc)

* This is a very varied PA jobs role / Executive Personal Assistant jobs role

This Executive Assistant jobs role will suit:

* Local or commutable to Grantham

* You may have experience as a PA, office manager, senior administrator OR someone who can pivot into this role (we are quite open on your background if you are friendly and highly organised and local to Grantham)

* We want someone who is A) commutable to Grantham B) is friendly, pro-active and family focused C) has the requisite organisation, communication and IT skills.
