Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? A leading Tier 1 Property Services Contractor is seeking a dynamic and driven Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead exciting retrofit and decarbonisation projects across social housing properties in Central London.

The Role:

As the Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering high-value projects focused on retrofit and decarbonisation initiatives, helping to improve energy efficiency and sustainability across London's social housing stock. You will manage cost control, procurement, and contract management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the commercial management of retrofit and decarbonisation projects.
Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors.
Manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally within the social housing sector.
Strong knowledge of retrofit and decarbonisation works.
