About the role: Are you a passionate, qualified Nursery Nurse with experience in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)? Our primary school in Barking & Dagenham is on the lookout for a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join us full-time and long-term. If you’re committed to nurturing young minds, this is the role for you As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of children in the EYFS. You will guide children in their first steps of learning, helping them build strong foundations for future academic and social success. You’ll have access to a high-quality induction programme, state-of-the-art staff rooms, and professional development training rooms to support your growth in this role.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Nursery Nurse with relevant Early Years experience.
• Experience working with children in EYFS.
• Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and enriching learning environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with EYFS learning goals.
• Use the Little Wandle phonics program to support early literacy development.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment for children to explore and learn.
• Work closely with parents and carers to support each child’s progress.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to plan and implement an effective curriculum.
