Role Overview:

As an ECT Teacher - Primary, you will have the opportunity to:

Teach across various year groups, tailoring your approach to meet individual student needs.
Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

Gain valuable teaching experience while building strong relationships with staff and pupils.
Responsibilities:

Uphold school policies and values, contributing to the wider school community.
Requirements:

Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or recently qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status, PGCE or equivalent degree.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
