About the role: Teach Now is offering an exciting role for Supply TAs to work part-time in Enfield’s vibrant and diverse schools. Whether you're looking for short-term assignments or longer-term placements, this umbrella role allows you to shape your work schedule while making a real difference in the lives of students. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll have the chance to support pupils across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), including booster and intervention groups. You will work in various partner schools within Enfield, assisting in the classroom, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and ensuring all children have access to high-quality learning experiences. Application Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in primary schools is essential.
• Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for KS1 and KS2.
• A flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to provide tailored interventions for pupils needing additional help.
• Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), promoting their confidence and progress.
• Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment in the classroom.
• Collaborate with staff to implement strategies that support pupil attainment and well-being.
