Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Outstanding primary school in Southall, Ealing. This vibrant three-form entry school is dedicated to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment, ensuring all pupils thrive.

The role will involve working 1:1 with a pupil with Autism, supporting their learning and social development. The school offers excellent SEN facilities, a dedicated sensory room, and regular training opportunities to support your professional growth.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with Autism, ensuring their individual needs are met
Assist with delivering engaging, differentiated activities
Foster a calm and inclusive environment to promote learning and development
Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning plans

Requirements:

Experience working with children with Autism or other special needs
A patient, empathetic, and resilient attitude
Right to work in the UK
