Professional Technical are currently on the search for a Mechanical Technician for an industry leading entertainment manufacturer specializing in bespoke mechanical machinery for a client based on the outskirts of Birmingham. The Mechanical Technician will be a core part of the production and assembly team. We are looking for candidates who prides themselves of their attention to detail, precise approach to assembling a range of components and able to work under highly regulated conditions to ensure that quality standards are met.

The role as a Mechanical Technician:

As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the following:

Understanding and following detailed engineering drawings
Assembling a vast range of components and working with diverse materials
Following and adhering to all health and safety guidelines and ensuring full compliance to all regulatory standardsJob Requirements as a Mechanical Technician:

As a Mechanical Technician, you will be required to have the following to be considered:

Level 3 qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Proven experience in a mechanical engineering
Experience in product assembly - large and small components (primarily steelwork)
Able to competently follow detailed engineering drawingsCompany Benefits:
