Salary: £29,000 per annum + 2% commission on sales

Are you passionate about the heating industry and experienced in sales? Trade Recruit is recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client, and we are looking for a Heating Advisor (Boiler Sales Specialist) to join their growing team across Kent, Sussex, and Surrey.

As a Heating Advisor, you will be a key player in advising customers on the best heating solutions for their homes and businesses. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team with the opportunity to earn extra through commission.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advise customers on the best heating systems and products based on their needs.

* Manage up to 5 surveys per day (maximum).

* Convert customer interest into sales, with the opportunity to earn 2% commission if a 33% conversion rate is met.

* Provide excellent customer service from initial consultation through to installation.
