* Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods as required.
* Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure a consistent and effective approach to teaching and learning.
* Maintain a positive classroom environment, promoting good behaviour, and fostering a love for learning.
* Provide emotional and academic support to students, particularly during the transition to secondary school.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them updated on their child's progress.
* Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, school events, and team meetings.
What We Offer:

* A competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
What You'll Need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Proven experience as a KS2 Teacher, ideally with experience in Year 6 and preparing students for SATs.
* A passion for teaching and a strong commitment to the academic and emotional development of students.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
* A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one through Aspire People).
