Teaching Assistant Role

As a Specialist: Special Needs Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
Providing one-to-one or small group support tailored to the specific needs of students.
Helping students build confidence, develop life skills, and make progress toward their individual learning goals.
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour using positive strategies.

Position Details

Role: Specialist: Special Needs Teaching Assistant

Pay Rate: £83 - £95 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Long-term, with the possibility of a permanent position
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
