Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Turkish Speaking Freight Forwarder to join our client's logistics team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing freight operations, ensuring the timely delivery of goods while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Freight Coordination: Manage the complete freight forwarding process, including air, sea, and road transport.
Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including customs declarations and invoices.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving any issues in both Turkish and English.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery, addressing any delays or discrepancies promptly.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and carriers to enhance service delivery.Qualifications

Fluent in Turkish and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred.
Strong understanding of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in freight management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits
