Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join a leading Manufacturing business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires a keen analytical mind and a strong understanding of quality assurance processes. The Quality Coordinator will work closely with various departments to implement quality control measures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Analyse data related to product quality and performance, providing actionable insights to relevant teams.
Collaborate with production staff to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and ensure records are up-to-date.Qualifications

12months + experience within a Quality role, e.g. Junior Quality, Trainee Quality, Quality Coordinator, Quality Administrator etc.
Excellent people skills with a desire to grow.
