The Role:

Utilize your school-based TA experience to offer practical, classroom-focused strategies to support teachers and students.
Work with SEN coordinators and staff to design inclusive teaching practices and behavioral strategies.
Provide training and workshops to staff on SEN and mental health issues.

Collaborate with families to offer guidance, support, and resources.
Maintain accurate records and comply with statutory guidelines for SEN support.
Essential Requirements:

Registration with an appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC).
Proven experience as a school-based Teaching Assistant (TA).
Practical understanding of classroom dynamics and the needs of students with SEN.
Knowledge of SEN frameworks, including EHCPs, and experience contributing to their development.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Empathy, patience, and a commitment to supporting diverse student needs.
What We Offer:

A supportive school environment with a focus on collaboration and professional growth.
Opportunities for training and development to enhance your practice.
