Processing a monthly payroll
Process starters and leavers, calculating statutory payments
Responsible for inputting data and updating employee records into the ADP system accurately and timely
Running reports and reconciling the payroll for approval
Ensuring compliance
Journals
Be responsible for payroll data and answer phone queries, resolve problems and provide payroll support
Working with other departments to gather/provide payroll information in a timely manner
Support in the day to day running of payroll

Person specification

Experience using ADP
Experience using excel
Good interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Up to date with current payroll legislation
CIPP qualification in Payroll or equivalent
