What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating sea freight export and bookings to meet customer requirements.

• Submitting customs declarations in line with HMRC regulations.

• Managing shipment documentation and tracking goods every step of the way.

• Resolving challenges and customer queries with professionalism and speed.

• Supporting the team with administration

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in freight operations is a bonus, but it’s not essential— training is available to you

• A keen eye for detail, strong organisation skills, and the ability to juggle priorities.

• A team player who can also work independently.

• Someone ready to follow policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You’ll Need

This role involves working for an HMRC-approved site, so we’ll carry out a 5-year employment history and DBS check.
