HVAC Business Development Manager

A leading Facilities maintenance contractor specialising in providing full HVAC maintenance support, are looking for a AC & HVAC business development manager to work within a small, dynamic team with a work hard play hard mentality. based in Woking and covering a patch of London and the home counties inside the M25. You will be responsible for the growth and development of your own leads and turning old un billing accounts active again. Operating on a non-micro managed structure you can be as remote as you like and only come into the office when you need. You will be in control of your own time, fully.

The successful HVAC Business Development Manager will be:

HVAC Business Development Manager will be selling commercial AC solutions and maintenance contracts.
HVAC Business Development Manager will be familiar with water cooled AC products, wall mounted AC, Ceiling AC units and ducted air conditioning units.
HVAC Business Development Manager will be organising and attending strategic meetings with senior buyers, Contract and Project Managers.
HVAC Sales manager / Business Development Manager will be selling into retail, office spaces, Hospitals, restaurants and Data server rooms
HVAC Business Development Manager will benefit from a package of up to £50k basic + car allowance + commission scheme of 2% of each sale.To be successful as the HVAC Business Development Manager

HVAC Business Development Manager will be living in a reasonable distance of Woking
HVAC Business Development Manager will have a proven record of sales within the HVAC sector and will be familiar with all AC systems.
HVAC Business Development Manager will have experience managing existing accounts and winning new clients working with a CRM system.
HVAC Business Development Manager must have a full driving license
HVAC Business Development Manager will benefit from a package of up to £50k basic + car allowance + commission scheme of 2% of each sale.
