Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacist to join a busy NHS hospital in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to gain experience working across various wards, including Medical, Surgical, Women’s and Children’s.

Key Details:

Position: Clinical Pharmacist – Band 7/8a
Contract Type: Temporary (6-month minimum contract)
Location: Birmingham
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (with a 1-hour break)
Start Date: January 2025
Hourly Pay Rate: £27 - £37 per hour (depending on experience)

Essential Requirements:

Hospital Experience is required
Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council)
Proven experience in clinical pharmacy, preferably in a hospital setting
Ability to work efficiently across different hospital wards
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
