SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to be recruiting for an EYFS SEND Teacher to work with a small class of children with Autism in a specialist SEN provision in Brent. This is an incredible opportunity for a creative, dedicated teacher with experience in SEND to make a real difference in the lives of young children, with the potential for leadership roles within the school.

As an EYFS SEND Teacher, you will be:

Teaching a small class of children with Autism, using creative and engaging methods tailored to individual learning needs.
Planning, assessing, and delivering lessons in line with each child's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
Creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment that fosters social interaction and personal growth.
Utilising a creative curriculum, including Music, Drama, and the Arts, to engage students with Autism and enhance their learning experience.
Developing strategies to promote independence and wellbeing in children with ASD.
Collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff to ensure the successful delivery of lessons.
Liaising with parents, carers, and external professionals to provide the best support for each child's individual needs.Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds QTS and has experience teaching children with special educational needs, particularly Autism.
Has strong knowledge of ASD and complex needs and is skilled in adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
Demonstrates a creative and engaging teaching style with a commitment to developing children's social and academic skills.
Is capable of maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment while managing behaviour effectively.
Has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external professionals.
