DOE £35k - £42k + Benefits + Holiday Pay

Permanent contract  

Typical shifts; Day shifts – Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm (some flexibility)

Due to growth & contract wins and the creation of a new line of products, we are looking for an experienced Process Technologistwith a proven background in New Product Development

The successful Process Technologist duties will include;

Analyse, design and implement process for new products manufactured by the business
Create product manuals
Create visual records of all processes & machines used in the manuals
Arrange product reviews coordinating with sales, technical & senior management to ensure the products meet spec
Create product passports
Contribute to product launches
Ensure all paperwork is completed
Work to the departments SOPs
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory
Work to the companies high standards at all times
Work to health & safety policies

Required experience & characteristics;

At least 1years experience as a Process Technologist with a focus on New Product Development
Proven people management skills
Enthusiastic, positive and motivational  
Experience of managing demand, workflow & supply
Reliable & conscientious
Courteous, polite & professional
