What You’ll Do as a Children’s Support Worker:
Provide personalised care in children’s own homes in the community, offering support with daily tasks and activities.
Use tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviour with patience and understanding.
Promote independence and build confidence in children with complex needs.
Be a reliable and caring presence, offering companionship and emotional support to help children thrive.
What Nurseplus Offers You:
Flexible Hours: Choose full or part-time hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
Great Pay: Competitive hourly rates from £13.45 to £20.17, paid weekly.*
Specialised Training: Free courses to support you in managing challenging behaviour, with opportunities to gain NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications.

Referral Bonus: Earn £250 for every friend you refer
Travel Expenses paid up to 45p per mile.*
What We Need From You:
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Experience or a willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
The right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (we’ll assist with this, refunding the cost after a set period).
Over 18, with excellent communication skills and a caring attitude.
