About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer with a deep focus on requirements management to join our innovative team. In this role, you will ensure project excellence by defining, analysing, and managing system requirements, playing a key part in our success.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and customers to gather, define, and document system requirements, ensuring they align with project objectives.
* Utilise industry-standard requirements management tools and methodologies to organise, track, and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
* Perform rigorous analysis and validation of requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive, practical, and of high quality.
* Participate in design reviews, offering insights into the influence of requirements on system architecture and functionality.
* Engage with stakeholders, including customers, to prioritise and manage changes, ensuring adaptability to evolving project needs.
* Integrate requirements seamlessly into the broader systems engineering process, enhancing collaboration between engineering disciplines.
* Actively contribute to internal and external meetings, sharing your expertise to guide project decisions.
* Maintain clear and organised documentation in line with local operating procedures and industry best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
Essential:
* A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in requirements management for complex systems engineering projects.
* Proficiency in using requirements management tools and methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate and refine system requirements.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, thriving in a collaborative environment.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards for systems engineering and requirements management.
