My client has an immediate requirement for a mechanically biased Multi Skilled Engineer to be based at their site in Adlington, Lancashire. The successful Multi Skilled Engineer will be joining a successful Global business where you will work within a small team of friendly engineers, carrying out a mixture of planned preventative maintenance, and reactive breakdowns to a range of manufacturing machinery on site.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business, working Monday to Friday only, offering an attractive basic salary and benefits package. If you’re a self-motivated, hands-on engineer looking for your next opportunity, this may be the role for you.

Multi Skilled Engineer Requirements:

* Must have completed a recognised apprenticeship program and hold a mechanical qualification to level 3 as a minimum.

* Ability to work with drives, motors, pumps, pneumatic, hydraulics, conveyors, rollers.

* Knowledge of PUWER.

* Have strong mechanical and electrical fault finding and diagnostic experience.

* Previous experience working on PLC’s would be beneficial.

* Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering diagrams and schematics.

* Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.

* IT Literate.
