Job Title: Administrator with Minute-Taking Skills

Location: Holywood, County Down

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team in Holywood. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative tasks, including minute-taking during meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and effective communication within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Respond to inquiries and provide support to team members as needed.
Maintain organised records and files.Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role, with a focus on minute-taking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
