Sales Executive - Car Leasing

Location: Slough
Salary: £24,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000)

About the Company:

Our client is a leading car leasing company with a reputation for delivering top-tier customer service and tailored leasing solutions. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Executives to join their expanding team.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll work with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored leasing solutions, and manage the process from initial inquiry to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers through inbound leads and proactive outreach.

*

Consult with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored leasing solutions.

*

Provide accurate and competitive quotes, negotiating deals that meet the customer’s requirements.

*

Build lasting relationships with customers to secure repeat business and referrals.

*

Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets, earning uncapped commission.

*

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on vehicle leasing options, promotions, and market trends.

*

Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company’s CRM system.

About You:

We’re looking for driven, target-focused individuals with a passion for sales. Experience within the automotive industry, leasing, or brokerage is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Experience:

Experience in car leasing, brokerage, or a similar consultative sales environment.

*

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

*

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

*

Ability to work to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

*

Highly organized with a proactive approach to work.

*

Self-motivated with a passion for earning uncapped commission.
