#### Key Responsibilities
- **Daily Operations:** Coordinate the daily activities of the paint department, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- **Team Management:** Lead and train a team of painters, providing guidance to enhance their skills and productivity.
- **Quality Assurance:** Implement processes to ensure all painted products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify areas for improvement in techniques and processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Safety Enforcement:** Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- **Inventory Management:** Monitor and manage paint materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement as needed.
- **Equipment Maintenance:** Ensure all painting equipment is well-maintained and functional, arranging repairs as necessary.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of production metrics, quality inspections, and incidents, providing regular updates to management.
#### Skills and Qualifications
- **Educational Background:** Certification in painting is advantageous.
- **Experience:** Over 5 years of experience in industrial painting - composites.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in various painting techniques, materials, and equipment; familiarity with industry safety standards.
- **Leadership:** Strong leadership abilities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
