COINS ERP Analyst – 6 Months - £350 Per day (Outside IR35) – Midlands/Hybrid

Chapman Tate are looking for a seasoned ERP Finance Systems Analyst with strong expertise in COINS ERP. This position will focus on supporting the optimisation, implementation, and management of COINS ERP within the finance function, playing a key role in driving system improvements, integrations, and ensuring that finance processes are fully aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* COINS ERP Implementation & Optimisation: Lead or support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of COINS ERP financial modules, ensuring they meet business requirements.

* Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for COINS ERP system improvements and customisations.

* System Configuration & Support: Configure COINS ERP to meet financial needs and provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

* Data Management & Integration: Assist in data migration and system integration efforts, ensuring financial data accuracy and consistency across the COINS system.

* Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes through the effective use of COINS ERP, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

* Reporting & Analysis: Generate financial reports and data analysis from COINS ERP to provide actionable insights to business leaders and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

* Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and operations to ensure the ERP system supports business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

* COINS ERP Expertise: Proven experience working with COINS ERP, including strong project involvement in the implementation, optimisation, and management of COINS in a finance environment.

* Strong Finance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis within an ERP system.

* Systems Integration & Data Management: Experience in integrating COINS ERP with other systems and managing data migration, ensuring seamless integration of financial processes.

* Project Management Skills: Experience in managing or supporting ERP-related projects, with a strong ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

* Technical & Analytical Skills: Solid technical understanding of ERP systems configuration, troubleshooting, and testing, combined with strong analytical skills to assess financial data and processes.

* Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and support both technical and non-technical users.

* Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly resolve system issues and optimise financial workflows.

* Experience: 3+ years of experience as an ERP Systems Analyst, with specific expertise in COINS ERP within a finance environment.
