T4S Education are a specialist teaching agency who are working closely with a First School based in Hampstead, London. The school are expanding their Early Years Teaching team in 2025 to meet growing admissions demand. The school are aiming to recruit 2 Early Years Practitioners for a January 2025 start and are interviewing immediately.
This exciting role involves working closely with a team of Early Years Practitioners to care for and educate their youngest learners. As a key member of the team, you will inspire learning, uphold the school’s ethos, and support the Team Leader in delivering high-quality education. Each team member will take responsibility for specific curriculum areas, assist in lessons, and participate in snack and play duties.
About You
The school are looking for someone who is:
* Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Able to build positive relationships across the school community.
* Discreet and able to respect confidentiality at all times.
* An experienced Level 3 or Level 6 early years teaching assistant
* Organized with good time management and able to meet deadlines.
* Flexible, proactive, and capable of working on their own initiative.
* Calm, enthusiastic, and positive under pressure.
* Passionate about children’s learning and development.
Qualifications and Training
* Essential: Grade C or above in English, Maths, and Science.
* Desirable: NVQ Level 3 or 6; QTS.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Early Years Practitioner
