Key Responsibilities

Adaptability: Provide consistent cover across all year groups, ensuring continuity in learning during teacher absences.
Supportive Collaboration: Work closely with subject leaders and the teaching team to deliver tailored lessons that align with the school's curriculum and values.
Inclusive Education: Provide inclusive, differentiated learning experiences for pupils of all abilities, including vulnerable learners.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment that encourages engagement and participation.Qualifications and Skills

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience in primary education (experience in Bexley schools preferred).
Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
