Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced ASC Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist school near Preston, supporting students in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis.

You will be working with small groups as well as on a 1:1 basis at times with various pupils who have ASC. Experience in similar roles would be advantageous. Some students can at times display challenging behaviour, so a calm and resilient manner is essential.

Minimum Rate of Pay - £100
Hours - 8am-4pmResponsibilities:

Supporting students with SEN, in particular, Autism
Building rapport with the children, and acting like a mentor
Providing environments so that students can reach their full potentialRole Requirements:

DBS (clean and relevant) - Can be obtained through Prospero Teaching if needed
Safeguarding Certificate
Prevent Awareness Certificate
