Accounts and Orders Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our accounts department. You will be working as part of a team, supporting with accounts and orders administration.
Working hours Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
The Position:
* Responsible for the administration of agency hours and producing a weekly usage report
* Daily reporting and addressing issues with the responsible Manager on-site
* Communicating with, and monitoring Labour Agencies
* Ensuring ethical and legal compliance for agency hours
* Provide support for accounts as and when required
* Purchase ledger and payments data entry
* Order, maintain, and complete a stock counts as required
* Holiday cover for reception responsibilities
* Holiday cover for receiving and distributing courier deliveries including monitoring, logging, and weighing all vehicles entering and leaving the site
The perfect candidate should have a:
* Positive approach in dealing with internal and external customer requests
* Experienced user of Microsoft Office (word/excel/outlook)
* Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (essential)
* Confident working on their own and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills with ability to relate to people at all levels
* Previous administrative experience
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle confidential data/information
* Previous accounts/payroll experience an advantage
* Attention to detail and focus to deliver exceptional results
