Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, fostering a conducive learning environment, and helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with classroom teachers to provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Assist in the preparation of lesson materials and resources.
Support students with varying learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages engagement and participation.
Provide additional help to students who may be struggling with their coursework.
Assist in the implementation of behavior management strategies.
Offer emotional and pastoral support to students when needed.
Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and provide feedback.
Requirements:
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous.
A willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
Basic knowledge of educational technology and resources.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to working with students.
