Role Overview

As Head of Learning & Development, you will:

Manage all aspects of the L&D function, including Leadership, Management, and Compliance
Support and promote the Strategic Plan
Line manage Heads of Departments and Digital Strategy LeadKey Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

Set a clear vision for Learning & Development and devise pathways to achieve it
Ensure learning is central to strategic planning and resource management
Lead and promote innovative training, learning, and assessment practices
Spearhead quality assurance initiatives
Stay current with latest research and evidence-based pedagogy
Promote a research-based approach to Training & Learning
Deliver quarterly Teaching & Learning newsletter/blog
Contribute to CPD and Inset programmes
Collaborate with Digital Strategy Lead on software implementationIdeal Candidate
