What You Will Do:

Efficiently administer samples for scientific analysis, ensuring precision and adherence to protocols.
Create detailed records, assign analytical tests, and allocate samples for analysis while maintaining a strict chain-of-custody for controlled samples.
Input results with accuracy and liaise with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
Contribute to lab administration, housekeeping activities, and uphold laboratory-set quality standards.
Assist with routine checks/calibrations and manage control documentation to ensure compliance with current standards.
Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality, maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
What You Will Bring:

Strong background in an administrative support role.
Experience in a scientific or technical environment would be preferred, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with basic lab equipment.
Strong organisational skills, capable of working on multiple activities concurrently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific discipline.
