Foreman - Groundworks

My client is a industry leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK.

We are currently recruiting a Foreman to join the company and assist in managing a long term groundworks project consisting of drainage, roads, kerbs, edgings, footpaths, and more.

This is a working foreman position so candidates will be required to have a valid CPCS/NPORS certification.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Foreman Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• NPORS/CPCS

• Experienced in large groundworks projects for specialist contractors.

• Strong health and safety management skills

• 5+ years management experience
