My client, a leading housing association is recruiting for a part-time Disrepairs Surveyor role. This flexible contract position requires 2-3 days per week, making it perfect for balancing professional and personal priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting property inspections and assessing disrepair issues.
Preparing reports and recommendations.
Liaising with contractors and tenants to resolve cases.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in housing disrepair or worked as a building surveyor
Strong understanding of related legislation.
