Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Mirfield (WF14) - Primary SEND Resource Unit

Are you a Teaching Assistant (TA) with experience looking for a new challenge to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? A primary school in the Mirfield area or Kirklees (SK4), close to Huddersfield, Wakefield and Batley are looking for a skilled and individual to work in their resource unit with children who have special educational needs and challenging behaviours.

This role is ideal for someone with a real passion for supporting pupils with additional needs, has experience and strong behaviour management skills. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred, but we welcome applications from all experienced SEND professionals who are committed to creating a positive learning environment and have a real dedication and commitment to making a real difference.

Position Details:

Location: Mirfield, Kirklees (WF14), easily accessible from the M62 and M1 and public transport networks.
Role: Teaching Assistant in SEND Resource Unit
Requirements: Relevant SEND experience, Level 3 TA qualification preferred
