Salary: Up to £35,000 + Overtime + Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call rotation

This role involves working on a variety of commercial properties, including office buildings, healthcare facilities, and retail spaces, ensuring all plumbing systems are operating safely and efficiently. About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water systems.

* Conduct inspections to identify and resolve plumbing issues proactively.

* Diagnose faults and efficiently carry out repairs to prevent service interruptions.

* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards on all jobs.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed, including risk assessments and maintenance logs.

* Collaborate with clients and team members, providing technical advice and support as needed.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Plumber, preferably in a commercial setting.

* NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

* Full UK driving license.
